The report highlights numerous child sexual abuse cases found in the dataset, indicating that the Israeli government has shown reluctance to fulfil U.S. extradition requests. This revelation comes on the back of a joint Law enforcement agency sting operation in Nevada, which resulted in the arrest of Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, the Executive Director of the Defense Division of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD). The senior Israeli official was caught allegedly attempting to solicit sexual acts from an Online Covert Employee (OCE) from the FBI's Child Exploitation Task Force (CETF), who was posing in an online dating application as a 15-year-old juvenile.

A CBS News investigative report released in February 2020, titled "How Jewish American pedophiles hide from justice in Israel", revealed that numerous accused American pedophiles escape to Israel, making it challenging to bring them to justice. In the report, one victim, whose name was altered to protect her identity, claims that "certain members of the Jewish community in the U.S. are willing to assist pedophiles in their flight." The report also highlights a comment made in 2016 by an alleged victim of Mordechai Yomtov, a then-35-year-old Hebrew teacher, charged in Oregon, US, in 2021 with committing lewd acts with three of his other students, ranging in age from 8 to 10. The victim, who is believed to have resided in the State of California a the time of the alleged offence, stated:
"I want the (LA County District Attorney) to step up their game — you know, actually fight to get him back here and give him what he deserves," he says. "And also, I want the communities to make sure this doesn't happen again."
Despite a very slow process and a lack of sufficient requests from the US to compel Israel to extradite Yomtov, no significant actions were taken by the Hebrew State to return this notorious Jewish child predator to the US. Instead, he was permitted to start a new life in Jerusalem. What the CBS investigation failed to mention is that most of these offenders hold dual citizenship as Israeli American nationals. This is why Federal and State prosecutors should exercise extreme caution before allowing the release of child predators or anyone involved in the abuse or trafficking of children. It is widely recognised that Jewish American pedophiles often evade justice by fleeing to Israel.
In the instance of Israeli national Tom Alexandrovich, the Special Agent who conducted his interview clearly determined that Alexandrovich did commit the offence of "luring a minor using technology", and was also made aware during the interview, that the alleged child predator was just 48 hours away from boarding a flight back to Israel, which ultimately should have categorised him as a high flight risk.
