Iran's embassy in Kabul posted this tweet on April 21, 2026, "After Iran destroyed the secret center for cloud seeding and weather manipulation in the United Arab Emirates, everything changed overnight. And with the end of the secret center, the region's weather map flipped completely."

While there is no smoking gun evidence to substantiate the claims, there is a history of secret weather control. In fact, a treaty was introduced in the 1970s to prevent abuse of technology for this purpose.
