The Wild Bunch is a place to explore subjects and solutions to centralized tyranny which are rarely if ever covered by the rest of the alternative media. Meaning, we talk about direct action measures along with more passive strategies.

Most readers of the Wild Bunch are probably long time preppers who already have their basics in order.  In fact, you likely started back when prepping was MUCH cheaper than it is today.  You jumped ahead of the curve and saved money, which is a primary goal of the preparedness strategy.  However, what if all your preps suddenly disappeared ?  What if you had to start from zero right now, with higher prices and far more competition for goods?  How would you do it?

This question might sound pointless for a seasoned survivalist, but consider for a moment how many of your friends and family members just realized that the system could break down.  They are late to the game and they're scrambling to figure out what to do.  They will probably turn to someone like you for answers.

In the next installment of the Wild Bunch, I will be discussing what I would do if I had to start from scratch with no preps and all I have is $2000 to put together a preparedness plan.  I'll explain what kind of specific goods and gear I would buy and how I would budget different categories from food, to water, to power, to comms and self defense.  This issue will act as a planning guide for any person you might know who is FINALLY jumping into the world of prepping and starting from zero.
