Plug-In Volvo XC60 T8 Enters U.S. Next Month With 10.4 kWh Battery
The car is based on the company's SPA vehicle architecture, first used in the 90 series (XC90 and S90). Production of the XC60 actually began in mid-April at the Torslanda Plant in Sweden, but initially for only conventional ICE version…which no one cares about.

The XC 60 T8 Twin Engine version of the SUV is top of the line with 407 hp system output and 5.3 seconds time 0-62 mph (100 km/h).
