Family Services Specialist with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Deshaun Eli Mack has been caught in undercover footage by O'Keefe Media Group (OMG) describing how he helps children trick their parents and the medical system into believing they HAVE TO undergo sex change operations.
"I did help a trans girl the other day," Mack said in the hidden camera video. "I told her that the best way to get it [feminization surgery] would be to make sure that your doctor says that it is medically necessary. So that Medicare pays for it."
When it comes to parents, Mack told the undercover OMG journalist he didn't have to tell them their children were "receiving benefits" because he makes sure they're "not on that case."
"The parents don't need to know that you're transitioning. You can just go to the doctor," he said of "trans" children.
Mack also revealed he's repeatedly abused the Nevada "runaway youth" provision in order to help kids transition by falsely filing children who do have parents as runaways.
The Nevada official spoke about other ways to avoid alerting parents about their children being transitioned, saying, "We can approve the benefits for the child by themselves," and noting that other state agencies aren't even notified when such actions are taken.
A Las Vegas, Nevada, news outlet reported on the footage but said it could not confirm Mack's identity.
James O'Keefe posted to ???? on Friday, revealing OMG was "accidentally forwarded" an email by state spokesman Nathan Orme (he/him/his), confirming Mack is a Nevada DWSS employee.
