hose who delight in exploring the outdoors don't want to lug heavy equipment on backpacking treks, which is why a group of Switzerland scientists decided to invent an ingenious sleeper that is a combination tent and sleeping bag.
As can be reviewed on Polarmond's website, the Ultra-light All-In-One Sleep System offers the functions of a tent, sleeping bag and sleeping mat all in one.
The technology is based on the design of astronauts' spacesuits and has a self-warming modular design which is temperature regulated to ensure explorers don't freeze to death.
That means trekkers can sleep comfortably in a 25°C (77°F) environment even when it is -30°C (-22°F) outside.
The comfortable temperature also promotes increased recovery and maximum performance.
